Licence

Your subscription grants your station a licence to use the software for as long as the subscription is active.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Editor's note: state your actual refund policy. In Australia, note that Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of what a refund policy says — you cannot contract out of them.

Availability and reliability

Editor's note: be careful and specific here. Stations will rely on this software for licence obligations, so overstated guarantees create real exposure, and understated ones cost you sales. Get this section reviewed.

Community forum conduct

Be civil and stay on topic. Moderators may hide posts that are abusive, off-topic or spam. Repeated breaches may result in account suspension.
